True Blue Foam is one of BYU’s most iconic welcome-back traditions. Each September, students flood Helaman Fields to slide down massive slip-and-slide lanes buried in bright blue foam.

How To Participate:
- Head to Helaman Fields in September
- Follow BYUSA on social media for the exact date, time, and updates
- Bring your current BYU Student ID, it's required to enter the event area
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet and foamy
- Grab your friends and take turns sliding
- Shower off at the on-site station before you leave, it's required for everyone
- Submit your participation on Traditions Keeper to complete the challenge and consider sharing a photo with us!
