-
Toggle ItemQ: How do I log a tradition once I've completed it?
A: Log your traditions under the Submit tab and complete the form there.
-
Toggle ItemQ: Do I need to upload a photo to get credit for a tradition?

-
Toggle ItemQ: Can I count a tradition more than once if I do it multiple times?
A: Devotional and Attend Athletic Events can each be counted up to 3 times toward the challenge. All other traditions can only be counted once.
-
Toggle ItemQ: How will I know when I've earned a reward, and how do I claim it?
A: There's currently no way to view your completed traditions on the website, so we'd encourage you to keep track of them yourself for now. We hope to add a tracking system in the future, and we'll soon be providing a downloadable PDF you can use to track your progress. Once you've earned a reward, you'll receive an email with instructions on when and where to pick it up. Rewards are picked up at the Hinckley Center on the first Friday of each month.
-
Toggle ItemQ: Is there a deadline for completing traditions or claiming rewards?
A: There's no fixed calendar deadline, you have until you graduate to complete traditions and claim your rewards.
-
Toggle ItemQ: Can alumni participate, or is this only for current students?
A: Traditions Keeper is currently for current students. We're hoping to develop a version for alumni to participate in as well, so stay tuned.
-
Toggle ItemQ: Who do I contact if I have trouble logging my participation?
A: You can reach out to traditions.byu.edu with any concerns. Note that you'll need to log in through the BYU CAS system to participate and report completed traditions.
