Know Yourself, Own Your Strengths
CliftonStrengths is a Gallup assessment that helps you identify your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It will give you the words for the talents that already show up in how you learn, solve problems, connect with people, and get things done.
At BYU, the assessment costs just $13, billed directly to your student account, a fraction of what it costs elsewhere. Once you get your results, you can meet with a strengths coach on campus for free to talk through what they mean for your major, your career, and even personal relationships. It's a small investment that can shape how you talk about yourself in interviews, resumes, and more.

How To Participate:
- Complete the Assessment Request Form at careers.byu.edu/clifton-strengths using your BYU email
- Take the assessment (it only takes about 30–45 minutes)
- Consider scheduling a free follow-up with a strengths coach to discuss your results
- Submit your participation on Traditions Keeper to complete the challenge and consider sharing a photo with us!
